What is Mommy's Fresh?
Mommy's Fresh delivers freshly cut and hygienically packed fruits and vegetables directly to your doorstep. Our mission is to simplify your cooking process and save you time.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, select the products you need, and proceed to checkout. We handle everything from washing to packing for convenient delivery.
Are the fruits and vegetables freshly cut?
Yes, all items are prepared fresh only after an order is placed to ensure maximum freshness.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be canceled within 60 seconds of placing them. After this, we immediately start preparing your items to ensure timely delivery.
What makes Mommy's Fresh different?
At Mommy's Fresh, we prepare and chop vegetables only when you place an order, ensuring maximum freshness every time. It's like having your mom chop veggies for you!
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
In the rare case of any issue, you may request a replacement within 10 minutes of delivery by contacting our support team with photos.
What is the shelf-life of the products?
For optimal freshness, products should be refrigerated and consumed within 2-3 days.
How long can I store the kit before cooking?
Upon receiving the box, it is recommended to immediately refrigerate it and prepare the dish within 48 hours. We do, however, strongly recommend you cook the dish on the same day as receiving it.
Do you have a return policy?
We do not accept returns and cancellations. However, if you receive the wrong item or if the product is significantly damaged or deteriorated in quality at the time of delivery, please contact us at orders@mommysfresh.com immediately with proof (such as images) within 10 minutes of delivery. Do you donate to animal NGOs?
Yes, with every order, a portion is donated to animal NGOs, and we use excess fruits and vegetables to support animal feeding initiatives.
How is my order packaged?
All items are washed, chopped, and packed under hygienic conditions to retain freshness.
Are Mommy's Fresh products homemade?
Yes! Every chop, dice, and slice at Mommy's Fresh is prepared with love and care, just like mom would do. We only prepare fresh vegetables and fruits when you place an order, ensuring homemade quality every time.
How do you ensure hygiene?
At Mommy's Fresh, hygiene is our top priority. We ensure the highest standards with thorough washing, hygienic chopping, and careful packing of every product to deliver fresh, quality produce to your doorstep.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
What are your operating hours?
Our delivery hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day.
How fast is the delivery?
We try our best to deliver your freshly prepared fruits and veggies within 30 minutes, depending on traffic, weather conditions, and type of product. For more details read our Delivery Policy
What areas do you deliver to?
Currently, we’re delivering only in Jayanagar. But stay tuned, we plan to expand soon!
Can I cancel my order?
Orders paid through UPI can be canceled within 60 seconds of placing the order. Beyond this time, cancellations are not possible.
